True, and it should be asked of the potential converts what they do with their computer, and stressed that they can do that on Linux. I think the unique selling point is a *lack* of things on Linux: AI, ads in start menus, forced upgrades that remove features (oops, don't suggest Gnome?), and a ton of other annoyances that seem to be driving people nuts. Plus the whole Free as in Speech and Free as in Beer angle. Then the uniqueness of "if it's free, you're the product" not being applicable in this case. But yeah, "you can do most everything you already do on Windows, but with less friction" is a decent sales pitch.
