NOTE: the URL on *my* installation has it: base_url: http://127.0.0.1:8000/archives/ Hmmm - the Debian version did *not* have it. I tried to maintain some of their / Greg's settings because they were more detailed than even the MM3 official docs. Holy. Hell. That drove me ½ insane!
