[Test] Fixed archiving issue: what the heck happened?

Per link above, trying this change in mailman-hyperkitty.cfg: ## base_url: http://127.0.0.1/archives/ base_url: http://127.0.0.1:8000/archives/ Don't know how I lost the :8000 part?!? NOTE: the URL on *my* installation has it: base_url: http://127.0.0.1:8000/archives/ Hmmm - the Debian version did *not* have it. I tried to maintain some of their / Greg's settings because they were more detailed than even the MM3 official docs. Holy. Hell. That drove me ½ insane!
