yeah, But... they did the 'safe' thing of filing an 'anti trust' together with the "claims", so it is a case in 'two parts' anyway, this I guess ianal but more difficult to just dismiss - but also "easy" to drop later. actual 57 page filing: https://south.me/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/complaint.pdf

apologies for sending the pdf to the list, I meant to send a link to it but was also emailing it to my wife and attached it to the wrong email :( anyway, now, having actually properly worked through the filing, I am very sad that I will never get the time back. I should rather have taken our cat or our dog for a walk :(
