How about a different date then? https://www.itprotoday.com/linux/sco-successor-xinuos-files-lawsuit-against-... That article gives a court filing date of March 31. That shouldn't be hard to verify.

seems real, Docket No. 21 cv 31, US District Court of the Virgin Islands but could also just be some free marketing, a stunt etc....
