LibrePlanet Canada Registration (keynote from Internet Archive founder Brewster Kahle)

Hello all! As previously mentioned, LibrePlanet is coming via satellite this year to southern Ontario. March 14th and 15th. Registration is open: https://2020.libreplanet.ca/register/ and is pay-what-you-want. We don't want finances to prevent anyone from attending. The Free Software Foundation has confirmed Brewster Kahle (founder of the Internet Archive) as a keynote speaker, with announcement of more speakers coming soon. Hope to see some of you there! Let me know if there are any questions.

There's nothing about the satellite event on the website? It's blank.
You're saying that visiting either of https://2020.libreplanet.ca/register/ or https://2020.libreplanet.ca/ shows as blank for you? Could you let me know what browser? Renders on all the test devices I have tried it on so far and also in lynx and w3m if that is easier.

Sorry I wasn't clearer: the pages aren't blank, just that there's no schedule of speakers, explanation what this thing is, how one might get involved. The wiki is sparse on information, to say the least: https://libreplanet.org/wiki/LibrePlanet_Canada_Satellite_Edition If I were to attend and expect my (non-profit) employer to pay for this, I'd need a lot more information to back up spending $100 than is there. cheers, Stewart

Full speaker list will be posted as soon as it is confirmed by the FSF, which they tell me should happen within a few weeks.
explanation what this thing is
If you're not familiar with LibrePlanet, the main page does link to the upstream event's page (https://libreplanet.org/2020/) -- but maybe I should make that link more prominent, especially until speakers are announced.

For sure, the website is the main source of information. The wiki is for any "extras" that maybe don't fit on the website or that the community might want to edit (such as the page with tips about places to stay).

The FSF has released a mostly complete event schedule, and I have finished porting it to our venue context, etc, here: <https://2020.libreplanet.ca/schedule/>
