This is indeed a known and significant challenge. But in some cases the people inside the camps have few options, especially for Syrian refugees in Lebanon and Jordan; they are explicitly prohibited from making a living in the greater communities.

I'm not really familiar with the typical set up in a refuge camp, but is there reliable resources required for doing remote work? Things such as electricity and Internet access. Or would people need to trek to the closest city?
