I use https://websavers.ca/, they're a Canadian company (Halifax?)
hosted in Quebec on OVH servers.
Can get 1 vCore (CPU), 2GB RAM, 1 IPv4, 1+ IPv6, 10GB disk, 5TB traffic
for CAD $5 / month.
Easy enough to add more, although I don't think they support per-minute
scaling like some providers (not sure though).
Happy enough with them.
Transferred my domains there too, although I find their basic DNS
management software a bit less than optimal. Should probably just do my
own DNS.
