As discussed at the meeting Tuesday night, Llama 2 is *not* Open Source. It conforms to neither the OSI Open Source Definition nor the FSF Four Freedoms. While the license is broadly open, it's not open source or free software in much the same way as the Creative Commons "NC" license is not; it restricts use and requires certain entities to get a paid license. - Evan
