This shows that they're still using Symantec certificates. Symantec certs are untrusted: I'm surprised and disappointed that Firefox didn't point this out. I'm well aware of the whole Symantec certificate problem, as it's something that my business has tracked and worked through for about a year. It's a known problem Seneca should have fixed. I've complained to the FSOSS email address about this: I would encourage others to A) not submit credit card info over an untrusted link, and B) let Seneca or FSOSS know what the problem is.
