RCA used to have a picture tube plant in Midland. It's probably gone now. ;-) Incidentally, it's been years since I've seen a CRT set on sale. Around the time I got my first HDTV, 10 years ago, there was a single small CRT TV on sale at Walmart. I wonder if they ever sold it.
