FWIW, I've gone through the lot, as host or participant. Of the solutions out there, here is how I would rank them (in decreasing levels of quality and ease of use) 1. Zoom 2. Gotomeeting 3. Jitsi 4. Yeah, I was looking at options too. I was thinking of Cisco Webex in terms of the best of a bad lot.
You may want to redo the jitsi test if possible if it allows audience members to shutoff their videos and mute their microphones, but I really don't know.
