
They can deliver lots of bandwidth, but pretty horrid service under load. The lat time I ran a load test, the latency to downtown was what I would expect for latency to Instambul ... I don't know about elsewhere but, on Rogers, bandwidth has increased dramatically over the past few years. I currently get over 900 Mb down. Fibre on Bell will also deliver similar or more. Rogers even offers 8 Gb!
