This is probably not what Scott's looking for, but A-1 Electronics (the weird surplus place near Canada Computers Etobicoke) refurbishes APC UPSs and sells them at a reasonable price. No idea of current availability, but they used to have a few from mid-sized to too-heavy-to-move server room units Stewart
