[GTALUG] Small typo on the Feb 2024's meeting title

Noticed in my calendar today that there is a small typo in the title for next month's meeting. Did up a quick PR (or is it MR in GitLab??): https://gitlab.com/gtalug/website/-/merge_requests/3 On a side note, I'm pretty surprised that the website code base is still working for you folks.
