[GTALUG] UEFI shell [was: Re: New Build Computer?]

I seem to remember that Microsoft forbids system from shipping with the UEFI shell. This only applies to ones clainming Windows compatability, but that is all of them. So you have to add your own UEFI shell. Where do you recommend getting one?
