[GTALUG] (opinion) Is Flutter/Dart getting popular

Is Flutter/Dart getting popular (where you are, and around you)? Or, did it pop for awhile and is now declining, like Golang? Both are Google's, so who knows what they will do with it.  Kotlin and Swift are popular, because of all those Android and iOS phones. There is nothing driving Flutter/Dart combo, other than "cross-platform" capability which may not be all important in the end.
