Scott, That number is the Walmart one for when I bought the vacuum some years back. And I spoke with tech source, its why I set paratransit to visit. I would rather try and fail, then not manage anything at all. and in case anyone wondered, the waiting list for a CNIB vision mate, their reader program is measured in months sometimes years. Volunteering has dropped allot across Canada. Best, Kare On Tue, 30 Sep 2025, Scott Allen wrote:

If you search the second number, you may find a red flag deals thread for the vacuum, it was a Walmart Canada deal.
No luck finding that number searching on RedFlagDeals.com or anything from Walmart by searching for Bissell. Nothing from Bissell comes up doing a general web search for that number, either.
Based on what you say here though, I will just take both of the cordless sections with me to techsource tomorrow. I am going to the gerrard street east location, its closer to where I otherwise need to be professionally.
I'd say your chances of finding the adapter at Tech Source are about as likely as finding one at Value Village; possible but highly unlikely. If your going to be in the area and it's not out of your way, you could give it a try but don't get your hopes up. You may wish to give them a phone call first. The number for the Gerrard store is 416-466-1222
