Late to the party and slightly OT, but I feel compelled to update a
library-related comment (recent TPL employee here):

You haven't done it in Toronto - or if you have, the staff were
helping you above and beyond the call of duty.  Most Toronto Public
Library branches don't have fax machines, and none of them offer
fax-as-a-service.  Nor do their websites.  Perhaps they should - but
that's another question entirely.
