My AI searches have confirmed Giles' comment about no public faxing at TPL.

The only physical (as opposed to online) free faxing it could find in the area is the U of T Arts & Sciences Student Union making such service for students only (but alumni could probably plead a case).

You haven't done it in Toronto - or if you have, the staff were
helping you above and beyond the call of duty.  Most Toronto Public
Library branches don't have fax machines, and none of them offer
fax-as-a-service.  Nor do their websites.  Perhaps they should - but
that's another question entirely.
