This is the book I read.  I borrowed it from the Mississauga Library,
but they don't seem to have it anymore.

Wow the index is 22 pages. Must have been a heavy read. Maybe the reference library still has a copy. $50.00 for the hard cover but $70 for paperback is kind of hard to understand but so are lots of things these days.
