I get the impression that parking near HackLab (which is useful if you're bringing 50 kg of gear to donate) is quite difficult.  I think if you're willing to walk a couple blocks you're probably okay.  But keep in mind, I've never driven there - I always arrive by transit (which also kind of sucks - I just don't like the St. Clair streetcar.).
