They mail it I believe. I don't think they are a walk in store. Looks like a warehouse operation. Still quite a few places seem to offer batteries. https://batteryclerk.ca/products/kyocera-jax-s1360-rally-s1370-s1360-jax-s13... shows it for $16. So something in the $15 to $25 range seems normal for the battery for that phone. -- Len Sorensen
