It usually does. I already got the $450 show up from lenovo which is more than everything else I ever collected through rakuten in the past combined. It does not usually work combined with other things like perkopolis (although a few people seem to have managed to convince people in the past to allow it, but normally they don't. In this case rakuten was definitely worth using over perkopolis, which was only about 5% lower price).
I think that this apparatus is glued together with cookies so you probably should not suppress them.
It definitely uses cookies to do the work.
Rakuten has a broken emailer so verification messages don't get through to me. I'm to lazy to address this. I told the sysadmins but they didn't respond. The problem is the domain listed on their SMTP ehlo line doesn't resolve.
