Since I'm subscribed, I should get 2 emails, one sent to To: and
another sent to Cc:.  But, I'm only getting 1 email.
Is this feature?  If not, something is eating my emails.

on GNUS you should review "dupe" treatment status.

may be different on your system but worth condideration.
