The quality may be questionable, but you can get a lot of these things on aliexpress.com .  Shipping is usually free, but you'll likely have to wait a month for delivery.  The payments are escrowed through aliexpress and only released to the seller when you've confirmed you've received the item (which you should only do after you've tested the item and confirmed that it works fine).
