
The differences in Bell vs Rogers are mostly in the hardware used. They both use off-the-shelf good routers in the middle, and the cheapest possible routers to rent to their customers at the edge. The differences I was looking at are from software: I use descendants of OpenWRT. They use whatever was cheap at the time.
