Isn't that always the problem.
Sharp is expected to put its high-end 8k TVs on sale in the US this fall. One more reason to wait :-)
I hope they figure out HDMI 2.1 before they do that rather than their proprietary quad HDMI 2.0 for 8k. -- Len Sorensen
