I want to move away from Google. For a small nonprofit it causes too many problems. They ended up creating emails and docs that too many people try to share. So proper access became an issue.

Nextcloud can do that, quite well.

Probably can perform  several other tasks such an organization might need (collaborative document editing, contacts synchronizing, calendar sharing, appointments booking, etc.)
