My local calling area on Rogers is all of Canada, U.S. & Mexico with no cost roaming in those areas.  I also get 1000 minutes/month to U.K., India, Bangladesh, China & Hong Kong.  While I have relatives in England, I have no idea who I'd call in those other countries.  I also get unlimited data, though throttled after 200 GB.
