In Canada, sure.
But in some countries, calling the Special Military Operation a war, or conducting a protest using umbrellas is a jail-worthy crime.
The problem with moral restrictions is that said morals are an ever-moving target.

So no, that is not something OK. There's a good reason that FSF Freedom Zero disallows such arbitrariness.
