We decided that dinner locations should be discussed ahead of time on the list. So far it has almost been a monologue. So let's try starting earlier. A month earlier.
I've added a few UNTESTED locations to our lists <https://wiki.gtalug.org/pre-meeting_dinner>
I will make an opening suggestion: Thai on Yonge. Bob Jonkman suggested this as we walked past it on Tuesday. The reviews also look good to me.
Other suggestions?'
Thai on Yonge sounds like a fine idea to me; I'm quite happy to go along with anything that occurs; it seems unlikely to be a disaster, and could be tasty. Having z-Teca as a backup, which is very near to our destination, seems like a good idea, particularly as I'm pretty sure it's still around, and it's good to consider testing such again. FYI, I'll comment on Blaze Pizza; I visited once last spring/summer, and expect it would be a plausible option. Quite similar to North of Brooklyn, but with more seating. Perhaps a good plan for another month... -- When confronted by a difficult problem, solve it by reducing it to the question, "How would the Lone Ranger handle this?"
