According to https://clonezilla.org, this should be fine. It'd be fine to put your preferred version of clonezilla on a USB stick and have only the two drives in question connected. I want to get a larger SSD and replace it. Can I just clone this drive to a larger one using Clonezilla? ... I've never used Clonezilla before .... I also have a large HDD in the machine ...
