Looks like an invalid character (a space) in a Windows file name.
But I've only used git on Windows with some graphical tool, and haven't actually run into this problem myself.

Names with spaces need to be quoted, as in: git clone "~/Google Drive/git/ProjectFolder.git/" / And some folder commands have a hard time with a slash at the end. You might also try: git clone ~/Google\ Drive/git/ProjectFolder.git / or git clone "~/Google Drive/git/ProjectFolder.git" / I don't use git in Windows, but I live in Windows scripts...
