Aruna Hewapathirane and Michael Kaulbach should still have some official DVDs of Ubuntu 14.04 LTS "Trusty Tahr". They're free, just need to arrange a transfer of goods.
You can download Knoppix here: ftp://ftp.knoppix.nl/pub/os/Linux/distr/knoppix-dvd/KNOPPIX_V7.4.1DVD-2014-09-15-EN.iso and burn it yourself. I have official Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Server Edition and 14.04 LTS Desktop Edition which you are welcome to pick up and like Bob said it's FREE! YOu can reach me on 647-709-9269.
