Hi Scott, If you search the second number, you may find a red flag deals thread for the vacuum, it was a Walmart Canada deal..last Time I needed to hunt, 2023, the thread still existed. On average i pay $25 an hour for support with things like placing an amazon orders, the site is a closed door now, and Amazon's disability customer service team can only put items in carts. They cannot facilitate account issues. Yes, both vacuums are rechargeable. Based on what you say here though, I will just take both of the cordless sections with me to techsource tomorrow. I am going to the gerrard street east location, its closer to where I otherwise need to be professionally. Bissell's site was not accessible in 2023, its how I ended up with the second vacuum in the first place. Still, I must manage with the option that bring me a swift solution here. The adapter for the Bissell 2482C is part number 1616326. It has a two pin connector in a style I've never seen before. I assume it's proprietary to Bissell. It's often described as a 10.8 volt adapter but only because it's for charging the 10.8 volt battery in the vacuum. I found one reference to the adapter output being 13.5 volts. I don't know what the output current requirements are.
Having a proprietary connector and an uncommon output voltage, you won't find this adapter at Sayal and unlikely any other physical store, unless they specialise in Bissell replacement parts.
