Except he bought them, not created. They were all someone
else's idea.

hype man, which has a value all its own.
A great idea remains in the shadows
without decent marketing.
In any case, whether you love Elon,
hate him or (like me) have moments of both, open source fans
should be cheering him on in his current lawsuit with
OpenAI. In part his goals are to revert the ChatGPT creator
to its nonprofit roots; society and especially champions of
openness and transparency will win if he succeeds.
