This is a reliable, paid for service (mailbox.org) as far as I know. I have no trouble with mail from any other source than gtalug.

Many people do not do whitelisting as everyone leaks...(everyone sends spam at some point, it is the management of that abuse that is important.. Places like twitter does not even accept email abuse reports and google does not accept email abuse complaints and you have to create or have a google account to complain about their abuse, etc etc etc...
