The named argument -4 does the trick.  How to politely ask for it:

	sudo mkdir /etc/systemd/system/named.service.d
	sudo tee /etc/systemd/system/named.service.d/local.conf <<EOF
	[Service]
	Environment="OPTIONS=-4"
	EOF
	sudo systemctl daemon-reload
	sudo systemctl named restart
