I have some time this weekend to find a solution. I did a Google and found this problem mentioned some time ago, but I never found a fix.
Can anyone help, or suggest another solution?
Duplicati has a Windows client too. Increamental, encrypted backups, works with SSH or a bunch of different storage backends. I know nothing about Windows 10 though.
