Under Windows 7 I successfully used rsync running under cygwin. After upgrading(?!) to Windows 10, rsync will freeze and I can only close the cygwin session. I have some time this weekend to find a solution. I did a Google and found this problem mentioned some time ago, but I never found a fix. Can anyone help, or suggest another solution?
