No gaming, but audio editing and likely video editing as well. Mostly what I do is writing (neovim + (Xe)Tex) and editing (lots of high-resolution images of medieval manuscripts). Oodles of stored information, too, with complex structures. For the main unit, I'm willing to spend up to $3K or so.
